SHIPPING POLICY
Once payment is received, all items will ship via USPS within 7 business days. Great care is taken to make sure all pieces get to their final destination in one piece. I try to be as fair as possible with my shipping charges. The cost of packaging your purchase is taken into consideration when determining the shipping charge. Please know that I am not out to make money off of shipping charges, I promise.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I hope you love your purchase, but if you don't I will understand. Just package up the piece with the same care that was taken when it was sent, and send it back to me. as long as i get it back within 30 days of the purchase date, i will gladly refund the purchase price. i can't refund the shipping cost though - I know you understand.
